Meet Dr. Hoshwa

Dr. Hoshwa is a general dentist who enjoys doing restorative dentistry to help improve people's smiles.

Dr. Nadine Hoshwa was born and raised here in Kenora. She attended Mount Carmel, St. Thomas Aquinas, and Beaver Brae Secondary Schools. She then received a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Pharmacology and Toxicology from Western University in 1991. In 1995, Dr. Hoshwa graduated from Schulich Dentistry, Western University.

Dr. Hoshwa has been in Kenora her entire 27-year career. She was first an associate for 2 years and then a practice owner for 25 years.

Dr. Hoshwa also belongs to the Ontario Dental Association and the Winnipeg Dental Society.

Dr. Hoshwa has been married for 27 years and has two daughters. During her free time, Dr. Hoshwa enjoys all things hockey. She used to be a hockey mom, but her kids are now in postsecondary school. Dr. Hoshwa is also a pysanky artist (Ukrainian Easter Eggs) and spends a lot of her time in the winter creating. In the summer, she enjoys sitting on her dock and reading at her camp. She loves to go to Florida on vacations, specifically to Walt Disney World. She greatly enjoys Star Wars and Marvel movies and shows.
